“Accreditation Preparation Information” was held at Kırıkkale University, Faculty of Islamic Sciences, which requested an information visit within the scope of preparation for accreditation. IAA President Prof. Dr. Halis Aydemir informed the department heads and lecturers about the accreditation, as well as the faculty management on January 14, 2020. IAA Board Members Assoc. Prof. Ahmet Turkan and Dr. Selami Erdogan took part in the Information team.
Halis Aydemir and accompanying IAA Board Members provided preliminary information on accreditation studies, application requirements, and the evaluation process.
President Prof. Dr. Aydemir said that they contacted many theology faculties in line with the Agency’s quality policies and visions and welcomed the attempt of Kırıkkale Faculty of Islamic Sciences to further increase the level of quality.
Thanking the guests for their visit, Dean Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Erten stated that the IAA has a pioneering role and that it will make serious contributions to further increasing the educational quality of the theology faculties in Turkey.
