Within the scope of international accreditation, the site visit to Hitit University Faculty of Theology was held between 14-17 January 2024. The international evaluation team arrived in Istanbul on Saturday, January 13, 2024, and started its work with an in-team study. The process, which started with a visit to Hitit University Rector Prof. Dr. Ali Osman Öztürk on Monday, January 15, 2024, continued with a visit to the Dean of the Faculty of Theology, Prof. Dr. İsmail Bulut. Then, meetings were held with the Quality and Accreditation Board, Faculty and Executive Board members, first group academic staff, first group students (Regular education students) and external stakeholders, respectively, and the faculty building was visited. On Tuesday, January 16, 2024, meetings were held with the second group of academic staff, second group of students, graduates, administrative staff and the quality commission. The field visit ended on Wednesday, January 17, 2024, after the Exit Statement was verbally announced to the Faculty administration by evaluation team leader Dr. Mokhtar Badri.
