Within the scope of international accreditation, Sakarya University Faculty of Theology site visit was held between 13-16 February 2022. After the international evaluation team arrived in Sakarya on Sunday, February 13, 2022, the evaluation began. The team first met with Dean Ahmet Bostancı on Monday, February 14, 2022. Then, the International evaluation team held meetings with the Quality and Accreditation Board, Faculty and Executive Board members, first group academic staff, first group students and external stakeholders, respectively. Afterwards, the faculty building was visited. On Tuesday, February 15, 2022, meetings were held with the second group of academic staff, the second group of students, alumni, administrative staff and the quality commission. The evaluation team also met with Sakarya University vice-rectors Prof. Dr. Hatem Akbulut, Prof. Dr. Barış Tamer Tonguç and Secretary General Assoc. Prof. Yaşar Kahraman for lunch on the same day. On Wednesday, February 16, 2022, after the verbal announcement of the Exit Statement by Prof. Dr. Halis Aydemir, the head of the evaluation team, to the Faculty management, the field visit ended.
