The International Rubric-Based Evaluator Training was held on September 21, 2024. The opening program, which began with a speech by İAA President Prof. Dr. Halis Aydemir, was opened by Prof. Dr. Ümit Kocabıçak, President of the Higher Education Quality Council (THEQC). Then, it continued throughout the day online under the moderation of İAA trainers Prof. Dr. Halis Aydemir, Dr. Mokhtar Badri, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Türkan, Dr. Bahar Çelik and Prof. Dr. Rifat Türkel. At the end of the training, 22 international evaluators from Qatar, Jordan, Malaysia, Algeria, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates joined İAA.
