The Faculty of Theology at Yozgat Bozok University, which applied to the Theology Accreditation Agency for national accreditation by preparing its Quality Manual and Self-Assessment Report, was visited by members of the National Evaluation Team. The team is chaired by Prof. Dr. Hidayet Aydar from Istanbul University, and includes Prof. Dr. Şevket Topal from Rize Recep Tayyip Erdoğan University, Prof. Dr. Yunus Emre Gördük from Balıkesir University, Dr. Esra Gülengül from Elazığ Fırat University, Dr. Vahdettin Şimşek from Kırıkkale University, and Zehra Küççük from Amasya University as national evaluators. During the field visit, which took place between May 2nd and 6th, 2026, meetings were held with the institution’s senior management, including the University Rector Prof. Dr. Evren Yaşar and the Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. İsmail Pırlanta, and strategic assessments were conducted. On May 4-5, 2026, face-to-face meetings were held with members of the Quality and Accreditation Board, Faculty Board, and Board of Directors, and administrative processes were evaluated. The evaluation process was enriched with interviews with academic and administrative staff, as well as focus group discussions with external stakeholders, alumni, and student groups at different levels. The faculty’s academic units, educational areas, and practice centers were inspected on-site to observe their compliance with quality standards.Söz konusu ziyaret, 6 Mayıs 2026 tarihinde Çıkış Bildirisi’nin okunmasıyla nihayete ermiştir. Kurumsal şeffaflık ilkesi doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilen bu saha ziyareti; değerlendirme takımının bulgularını yerinde teyit etmesine imkân tanırken, kurumun kalite geliştirme süreçlerini ve özgün faaliyetlerini ifade etmesi açısından da oldukça verimli bir zemin oluşturmuştur.
