As part of the national accreditation process, a field visit to the regular theology program of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Kırıkkale University was conducted between March 24-27, 2026. The national evaluation team arrived in Kırıkkale on Monday, March 23, 2026, and began their work with internal team meetings on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. On Wednesday, March 25, 2026, the process began with a visit to the Dean of the Faculty of Islamic Sciences at Kırıkkale University, Prof. Dr. Mevlüt Erten, followed by a reception for the evaluation team by the Rector of Kırıkkale University, Prof. Dr. Ersan Aslan. Subsequently, meetings were held with the Quality and Accreditation Board, Faculty and Board members, the first group of academic staff, the first group of students (regular students), and external stakeholders, and a tour of the faculty building was conducted. On Thursday, March 26, 2026, meetings were held with the second group of academic staff, the second group of students, alumni, administrative staff, and the quality commission. On Friday, March 27, 2026, the field visit concluded after the Exit Statement was read aloud by the evaluation team leader, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Kamil Çoştu, to the University Rector, Vice Rectors, and Faculty administration in the Kırıkkale University Senate Hall.
