In the opening, Governor of K\u00fctahya Dr. \u00d6mer Toraman, General Director of Religious Education Nazif Y\u0131lmaz, K\u00fctahya Air Private Training Brigade and Garrison Commander Hv. Tugg. Necati G\u00fcnd\u00fcz, Mayor of K\u00fctahya Kamil Sara\u00e7o\u011flu, Rector of K\u00fctahya Dumlup\u0131nar University Prof. Dr. Remzi G\u00f6ren, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of IAA Prof. Dr. Halis Aydemir made speech. After the opening speeches, it was moved to K\u00fctahya Harlek Thermal Hotel.
